Dr. & Mrs. Holaday held the first Festival of Trees in 1984 to support patients of Radiation Oncology. In more recent years, the Junior League of Lower Columbia has carried on the event to ensure Dr. Holaday’s legacy continues to support our community in so many wonderful ways.
The Festival of Trees is Southwest Washington’s award winning premiere holiday celebration supporting local non-profits. Festival includes a specialty cocktail party showcasing dozens of exquisitely and uniquely decorated full size trees, table top trees, wreaths, an elegant table setting & more. Organized by the Junior League of Lower Columbia, all proceeds go to PeaceHealth Lower Columbia Cancer Center, local non-profits that benefit woman & children, and the Junior League of Lower Columbia.
Keeping all of the monies raised local, lets us not only provide Junior League of Lower Columbia college scholarships, but enables us to support other nonprofits who focus on the needs of women and children in our community. We hope you will help us continue this mission.
